Hello, I am Moon Young-shin,
director of the Guro Public Health Center.

We would like to offer our sincere thanks to all of the district
residents who visit the website of the public health center
in the “new era for Guro opened by communication,
consideration, and harmony”.

The society in which we live today is facing an age of endless competition into a new and rapidly changing society of knowledge informatization. Amidst such an environment, public health centers are also at a point where change is unavoid-
able. I believe that this change is a reform from the inside out, shaping an organiza-
tional atmosphere and culture in which employees of public health centers can demonstrate creativity and passion voluntarily, without any unilateral command or control. Everyone, from the head of the public health center to staff, will strive to create just such an organizational atmosphere and culture. In doing so, we commit to making it the greatest public health center, satisfying all of our Guro-gu residents and employees as well as the local community.
