Our Public Health Center's Primary Care Clinic (Internal Medicine) aims to enhance the health of local residents by providing high-quality medical services at affordable prices.

Key Initiatives

  • Eligibility for Treatment

    Adults over 15 years old with chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia)

  • Clinic Hours

    • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Lunch Break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
    • Closed on Saturdays and Public Holidays
    • Please register 10 minutes before closing for accurate blood pressure measurements.
  • Required documents

    • For Health Center Treatment: Available for those diagnosed and treated for chronic diseases at a hospital or clinic
    • For First-Time Visitors to the Health Center: Bring a prescription or medicine pouch with the names and dosages of recently taken medications
    • For First-Time Hyperlipidemia Patients: Bring a prescription or medicine pouch with names and dosages of recently taken medications and cholesterol levels (LDL)
  • Internal Medicine Consultation and Prescription Issuance

    If treatment at a tertiary care facility is required based on the diagnosis, the attending physician will issue a referral

  • Fees

    • Consultation and Prescription Issuance: 500 KRW
    • Examination and Prescription Issuance: 500 KRW
    • Consultation: 1,100 KRW
    • Examination: 1,100 KRW
    • Physical Therapy: 1,600 KRW/li>
    • Certificates, Opinions, Medical Records: 5,930 KRW (General)
      • Free of charge for individuals over 65 years old (Seoul residents only), Medical Aid recipients, and National Merit recipients
  • Process Flow

    • Internal Medicine: Registration
    • Service Desk: Payment of medical fees (for health insurance patients under 65 years old)

      ※ Certificates for Long-Term Care Insurance cannot be issued by the Health Center; please consult the medical facility where you are receiving treatment.

      ※ Proxy prescription is not allowed.
